Parenting 101: A toolbox for tackling day-to-day challenges

Parents have taken on additional roles in the transition to online home schooling and amplified ‘togetherness’. Whereas family time can create wonderful memories to cherish in the future, the present reality of being parent, teacher, employee – all at home -- is a challenging trifecta to navigate. Learn ways to make room for self-compassion and empowered parenting by gaining tips on adjusting and responding to our family’s need for support, strategies to manage challenging behaviors and emotions, and gain reassurance during this unprecedented time of communal transitions.
