It's Better than Rice-A-Roni: Cooking Greek Cuisine Vol. 2

Our own Greek food specialist, Dr. Gary Diomandes, has created a new menu featuring:

     -Greek rice pudding
     -rice pilaf with calamari (squid)
     -scallop saffron risotto
     -spinach and rice

Beverage: a handcrafted Saki drink (ingredients will be provided prior to class so we can make it together!)
