For Those Who Want to Help Current Saint Mary’s Students with Their Career Paths:

Create Internship Opportunities
Internship programs at Saint Mary’s provide students an opportunity to participate in carefully designed work experiences to explore personal aptitudes, abilities, and interests in relation to their career choice. These experiences offer a new forum for applying theories and concepts learned in the classroom, as well as professional and personal development. If your organization has an internship opportunity for a Saint Mary’s student, please visit our Handshake platform to post your position.

Volunteer
The Office of Career Services hosts student career prep opportunities like mock interviews and resumes reviews. Professionals who volunteer to perform interviews and/or review resumes are not only a key part of that experience, they are an invaluable resource to students in the form of career advice, guidance, mentorship and networking. You can check out our Events page for upcoming volunteer opportunities like for our Cardinal Career Prep event, or contact the Office of Career Services.
