Locker Rooms with Available Lockers
Payment Options
Locker Sponsorship is just $2,000, and remains for the lifetime of the locker. There are many ways to make the sponsorship convenient and easy for you.
- Make a one time gift online, or call the Advancement Office if you'd like to pay with an alternative form of payment, such as stocks or a Required Minimum Distribution.
- Pay in installments. Using the link above, you can divide your payment into equal yearly, quarterly or even monthly installments that deduct automatically from your account. Payments can be made over a period of time for up to five years. So, for example, paid monthly over five years, a locker sponsorship is only $33.33 per month!
- Share with friends. Lockers sponsorships can be shared among siblings, families, groups of friends or even a whole team! If two or more people wish to sponsor a locker together, there is no limit on the number of partners; however, there will need to be a lead person for purposes of gift management
- If your employer offers a matching gift program, those funds can also be applied towards the sponsorship fulfillment, too!
Please contact a member of the Saint Mary's Advancement Office at 507-457-6647 or by email at giving@smumn.edu if you have questions regarding payment options.

Recognition Guidelines
Sponsors will get a recognition plaque on the top shelf of the locker unit, and can dictate (within guidelines) what the plaque will say. If doing a standard "SPONSORED BY" recognition, there is space for about 45 letters/characters/spaces. If doing a plaque in honor of someone else, you can choose to add your own sponsorship or leave it out. If including, the "IN HONOR OF / SPONSORED BY" plaque has space for about 25 letters/characters/spaces on either side of the break line, or 50 total (see images below for examples).
Sponsors can choose how they would like the dedication on the plaque to read, including the use of nicknames and group names if sponsored by or honoring a group. Other examples include: Josephine “Josie” (Johnson) Smith ’87; In Memory of Coach Smith/Softball team of 2014; Jane (Jackson) ‘96 and John ’94 Smith family. If there is a message you would like to convey that does not fit these guidelines, please call the Advancement Office at the contact information above, as we may be able to work with our vendor.
