You can sponsor a locker in team locker room of your choice* for $2,000, and it will remain for the lifetime of the locker. Payment can be paid all at once, or divided into yearly or even monthly installments for up to five years. Simply fill out the form below or print a sponsorship form to mail or bring in.

Please remember to fill out the sponsorship message that you would like on your plaque in the box below.

• If doing a standard "SPONSORED BY" recognition, there is space for about 45 letters/characters/spaces.
• If doing a plaque in honor of someone else, you can choose to add your own sponsorship, or leave it out. If including, the  "IN HONOR OF / SPONSORED BY" plaque has space for about 25 letters/characters/spaces on either side of the break line, or 50 total
• If you are making this sponsorship in honor of someone other than yourself, please fill out the "Tribute" section at the bottom of the form. 
• You can choose how you would like the dedication on the plaque to read. Examples: Josephine “Josie” (Johnson) Smith ’87; In Memory of Coach Smith/Softball team of 2014; Jane (Jackson) ‘96 and John ’94 Smith family.
