The Office of Career Services along with the Office of Advancement are hosting Cardinal Career Prep mock interview and resume review event for our current undergraduate students in Winona on Tuesday, October 1, 2024. We are seeking alumni volunteers who are willing to come to campus and make connections with tomorrows shining stars to conduct mock interviews and provide interview feedback that will help students prepare for future interviews.

Event Details:
In-Person Interviews will be held on Tuesday, Oct. 1, 2024, on Saint Mary's University of Minnesota Winona Campus in the Gymnasium. Your commitment would start at 8:30 a.m. and conclude by 2 p.m. with lunch provided. A hospitality room with snacks and refreshments will be available for our volunteers throughout the event. Alumni volunteers will participate in up to 7 student interviews. Each interview will last for 20-25 minutes with 5-10 minutes for feedback. Questions for the mock interviews will be provided, although you are welcome to have industry-specific or other interview questions ready to give students the most realistic experience.
The number of interviews you participate in may vary based on the number of students registered to attend. Wi-Fi access is available for you to work during breaks as needed.
RSVP by Sunday, Aug. 18 so we can determine the number of interview spots available for students. Students will begin signing up to participate when they return for the fall semester on Sept. 3. You will receive further communication regarding the final details by Friday, Sept. 27.
